Real Estate is Cynthia’s passion, and she takes great pride in providing excellent customer service to each of her clients. She considers herself fortunate to have discovered this passion nearly 20 years ago after leaving the non-profit sector. Since that time, Cynthia has built her business, brick-by-brick, with hundreds of clients who quickly became friends and now she can’t imagine herself doing anything else.
As a lifelong resident of Huntsville, she knows first-hand how aggressive the local Real Estate market has grown over the past few years. Fortunately, Cynthia also knows how to navigate through it, and she is excited to share this knowledge with you!

Jeff MoRelock
Jeff joined FT Home Loans in the spring of 2019, continuing a successful mortgage career he began in 1999. This experience, coupled with 6 years spent as an industry trainer, allowed Jeff to know that there is now nowhere else he would rather be. FT Home Loans’ great rates, low fees and outstanding operations team has given Jeff the freedom to do what he does best: help others realize their home ownership dreams. His greatest gift is providing the same service to each client that he would expect if roles were reversed. He doesn’t like surprises, so you will not be surprised.
Having grown up the son of an Air Force veteran, Jeff has seen a lot of places. After being here for 20+ years, he knows how lucky we are to be in North Alabama. Jeff enjoys spending his free time as a member of Willowbrook Baptist church, playing golf, and shooting sport clays. He also has two grown children. Jeff knows that every home loan is a process. His mantra is to always make that process about you and your family. He works for you!
WHRP 94.1 Toni Terrell with T. Mill
Toni Terrell, a warm familiar voice and household name for the last 15 years in the Huntsville Market also known as ‘Your Best Girlfriend,’ brings 30 plus years of radio experience to service the airwaves of 94.1 WHRP weekday mornings. Waking the city up is like wearing an old hat for Toni who hosted the ‘Wonder Woman’ Morning Show at KSOL in San Francisco and the Best Girlfriend Morning Show at KHZZ in Sacramento. So, you might say she is returning to her early morning roots.
Tim “T. Mill” Miller, is a Huntsvillian, a real native of the Tennessee Valley! Tim, who is well known in the community, a Journalist and Teacher and currently a Part Time Instructor at the Maitland Conservatory where he teaches Music, Arts Tech and Music Production plus Live Streaming and Podcasting. T.Mill has worked in various mediums including FM radio, On Line Magazines and Digital Radio. Together Toni and Tim will deliver a fun, informative show that the Huntsville Market has been missing.
